2. What this policy covers

This policy covers visitors to our website only. It explains what personal information we collect through the website and how we use it. Use of the Lateral application by our customers is covered by a separate privacy policy provided to them.

3. Information we collect

You can browse this website without telling us who you are. We only collect personal information if you choose to send us an enquiry through the contact form. The form asks for:

• Your name
• Your company name
• Your work email address
• Your message

4. How we use it

We use these details only to reply to your enquiry. We don't add them to a mailing list or use them for marketing.

5. Where it goes

When you submit the form, your enquiry is passed to our business email inbox by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service. We don't save it to the website, a database, a CRM or any other system, and we don't sell or share it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry email only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

7. Cookies and analytics

This website doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics or tracking tools. To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and a graphics library from cdnjs (Cloudflare). Those providers receive your IP address as part of delivering the files, under their own privacy policies.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. To make a request, contact us at privacy@runlateral.com. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can complain to your local data protection authority, for example the UK Information Commissioner's Office or the relevant EU supervisory authority.
